OUR STORY: Solana Beach Fish House has been a favorite local spot since 1994. It is family owned and operated, so if you are a fan of "Mom & Pop" restaurants it doesn't get better then this! We have some of the freshest fish in town and great secret recipes that keep you coming back for more. SEASONAL AND LOCAL: We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant. That's why we source our fresh ingredients from local farmers' and use sustainable fish. We offer a variety of dishes that vary from your old fashion fish 'n' chips (which we like to call comfort food!) to great healthy mesquite grilled selections. We don't have a "fresh fish of the day" because ALL our fish is always fresh. We are popular for many entrees but one of our favorites is the Paella which we now serve daily.
