Event Overview

The Solana Beach Chamber invites the community to join us for our inaugural Health & Wellness Summit!

The Solana Beach Health & Wellness Summit is a one-day, collaborative event that brings together local health and wellness practitioners for a full day of movement and learning. The event is open to the public and free to attend, with optional VIP upgrades available for those seeking a more elevated experience with exclusive perks. The purpose of this event is to educate the community about the high-quality resources available locally while strengthening connections among practitioners. Guided by a community-first approach, the Summit prioritizes local voices and emphasizes meaningful education over promotion. The experience blends panel discussions with interactive movement sessions, allowing participants to engage both intellectually and physically. Attendees will also have opportunities to connect, discover new services, and build relationships within the local wellness network.

Programming will focus on five core pillars, featuring collaborative panels led by local experts:

• Men’s / Cardiovascular Health
• Mental Health
• Metabolic Health
• Age and Longevity
