Event Flow:

You will be guided through meditation and journaling to gain clarity on all the gifts you've received this year through your various experiences - both the high's and the low's.

We will also help you bring awareness to your own intrinsic gifts - that make you unique, special, and so deeply valuable to our world and those around you.

After this reflection time, you will be lovingly held in a life-changing, rejuvenating 60-minute energy healing to release stagnant energy and connect to your own inner light.

After the energy healing, we will guide you through some additional journaling to reflect on any a-ha moments, intuitive insights, or messages from your intuition that you want to capture down on paper.

We'll wrap the event up with some time to ground, share, and connect as a group.
