MOVE was created to promote and provide a complete wellness experience. Physical activity is
the dimension used to develop other dimensions of wellness - social, intellectual, spiritual, emotional, and occupational.
Research has shown that the most effective way to improve quality and duration of life is
exercise. Exercise has been linked to less depression, better memory, and quicker learning.
Exercise can actually change the structure and function of the brain by improving blood flow
with the growth of new blood vessels and brain cells.
Of course, not every type of exercise will suit every individual. At MOVE a variety of
modalities are offered, including indoor cycling, strength, dance, and yoga. The exercise program is
complimented by our Master Nutrition Program.
