Tide Beach Park

Tide Beach Park is a secluded stretch of sandy beach at the north end of Solana Beach. The beach is hidden by steep bluffs and accessible by staircase. It has a large reef, called Table Tops, which offers good surfing, snorkeling, surf-fishing, and swimming. Tide pools are located at the north end of the beach. The beach is wide at low tide and narrows at high tide. Accessible by staircase.

Public outdoor shower. No public restrooms.

Free parking along the street.

No dogs allowed on the sand. No alcohol or fires on the beach (barbeques ok). No smoking.

Lifeguards are on duty during summer months from 10am to 6pm. Beach and street patrol year-round.
